G6 - Google Form for E-Portfolio
Later this week, you will upload your best survey to your e-portfolio. I advise you to proofread your form carefully, and ask a friend to so do too.
1. Sign in to Google.
2. Go to Google Forms.
3. Open your chosen proofread form.
4. Click 'Responses' on the toolbar.
5. Click 'Summary of Responses'
6. Save as a .pdf.
7. Keep this .pdf to upload later in the week.
